The Silent Patient, a psychological thrill story

The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides is a spellbinding psychological thrilling story which revolves around Alicia Berenson, a famous painter who shoots her husband Gabriel and Theo Faber, a psychotherapist. What is the motive behind this shocking violence ?
This question makes restless to Theo and he takes over the responsibility to treat Alicia in Grove where she has been sentenced to spend rest of the life by Judge. Theo believes he can bring back Alicia from silence, and Grove administration approves his request.

After so many pleading of Theo to end the silence, Alicia hands over her dairy which unfolds many stories. The storyteller Theo introduces several characters like Max Berenson, Jean Felix, Paul Rose , Dr Christian West who all lie in suspected bracket.
In the same time Theo expresses his relationship with Kathy is stumbling after spending many successful springs, though he doesn't confront her.
Is there any connection between two scenes? If yes, then How these two trajectories will intersect ?
When this question starts scratching in mind, eventually Alicia breaks her silence and narrates the incident happened with her. In the consequences a blood tingling twist reveals.

The story line is so intriguing that it will relinquish until you experience the last twist of the story. Introduction of each characters and crafted them at perfect interval of timing is the most integral part of the story. The story comprises of several factors like painful emotion, intense love, darkness of relationship and overall it was a excellent read.

Under The Crescent Moon by Aditi Chandak

“It is not love that keeps us stuck in the past. Love fades over time...."

Under The Crescent Moon is story of friendship, love, failure which revolves around Maera, Vikrant and Nikhil. Maera and Vikrant work in a same organisation and when their friendship blooming towards a perfect couple until Vikrant starts avoiding. The past relationship with Nisha unnerves him to accept the truth. Vikrants wants to nurture the memory rather replace Nisha with someone else. His fear of fading memory leads him to edge away from Maera.

In the mean time Maera comes across Nikhil and the situation takes them in a love affair. When they are on the verge of registering relationship socially, Vikram appears with desolation and confesses his feelings towards Maera.


How Maera will deal with the situation? Will she allow Vikram in her life forgiving his mistakes? If not then how Vikram will cope with such rejection?
The plot of the story is not very new, but the story is blended beautifully balancing love, maturity and friendship.
Every character has been sketched excellently to form such an intriguing story. The story teaches us not to running away from problems showing your back rather understand importance of friendship, family to move accordingly.

The stranger's name is Animesh, he narrates a beautiful story of Amal, an ambitious boy lives with dream of being astronaut. Alok and Animesh meets on every Sunday for next 7 weeks and Animesh continues same story on each meeting.
Will Alok embark his passion to clinch the SUCCESS and how would be his journey?
The story depicts the seven different nature of failures personified by different characters like Hermit, Monkey, Priest, Maiden, Scholar, Magician. This book has remedies to overcome such negativity and reach at SUCCESS. The story has been briefed at end of each chapter adds extra mark. It is a great story to find some motivation at any stage of life.
