PARAA by Deepa Msl

Beyond the prison of Thought,
Lies an Endless Sky to Soar,
Beyond That What You Conceive  of Yourself
Lies PARAA.

Paraa is the integrated prescription to get rid of daily facing obstacles. It is the result of author's firm conviction to create a change in individuals, to overcome hindrances, for better tomorrow. Being a girl child how the situation begins from home and through the journey from girlhood to wife and from wife to motherhood has been beautifully depicted in this book. Unfortunately the author has to go through worst part of life when she used to tremble in fear, shock and helplessness. But she has overcome and tackled with self-confidence, she couldn't find herself always in wining slot but moved ahead with positive thought and lessons from previous mistakes.

The book is comprised with several segments which has been arranged same order as we come across at different events in our life. At the end of every segment author raises questions in 'Time to Introspect' section to unveil a better you. Besides 'To do List' provides numerous therapy of the problem which can be followed. The language is very easy, introduction of short poems at beginning of every chapter shows the rich poetic knowledge of the author.
But the book many not be interesting for every reader, so I would like to request to glance through the book blurb before start reading.

Thank You, Richa by Rima Sen

Title: Thank You Richa
Publisher: Notion Press

“Sometimes,' she said, 'it takes a woman to bring out the best in a man.”

Indeed an influence from woman makes bigger impact in life, eventually it turns to either of good or bad. Kadhir is a simple, middle row student grows up along with two sisters Kalpana and Malathy. In early age he finds interest in Cricket rather than in study and later he opts to pursue in Commerce. Richa Roy, the lady of the story belongs to same school. Despite of being in same school, Kadhir unable to expose his feelings to Richa, rather possessiveness ensues within him.
After numerous trail, Kadhir success to convey his love to Richa, but she is not ready to make her simple life to complicated.
Why Richa is not ready to accept Kadhir?
After completing school life, Richa flies to Mumbai for graduation while Kadhir joins in private firm to live in parent's dream. Again their life intersects and Kadhir tries to revive the incomplete love-story. Richa agrees to give a chance to Kadhir but a condition of 'no involvement of parents'. Soon Richa shifts to Bengaluru to pursue her career as air-Hostess.
How far their long distance relationship brew?
In third chapter of the story, Kadhir finds resource to live in his own dream rather continuing like a slave in job and concentrates to build his career in Cricket.

How will Richa motivates him to pursue his dream?
It's a very beautiful romantic story, but doesn't end with traditional way. Story is interesting and engaging and easy to read. The characterization is brilliant and every character has important role to build the story. Unexpectedly I found many interesting sketches which depict the content.
Sometimes I felt the narration makes loop aimlessly. Still I would recommend to those readers who enjoy fictional romantic story.

In second part Rasbeen encounters with Soul at such a moment when nothing is favouring her. Despite of hard work, her performance graph goes down day by day in every exams and at the same moment her father continues pressurised.

Will she be able to regain her performance after encountering with Soul?

In the first part I found very thrilling and there is a unexpected twist at end. The subject is very sensitive and serious, but at certain point I sensed author has taken other aspects very casually to keep focus on main issue. But a question still scratching in mind to know what is the reason behind to blend two stories in same book?
The story could be few pages more, but obviously it's author's choice to draw line. Thanks to author to enlighten such subject and present such a beautiful story.
